Support built around what your business actually needs
Every engagement starts the same way: an Action Plan. It's not a sales pitch, it's real, hands-on scoping. You walk away with a clear, written plan whether you take things further with me or not.
No obligation, and no pressure to book anything on the call.

We work out whether this is the right fit. No obligation either way.
A working session and a written plan. Yours to keep, whether you take it further or not.
A one-off project, ongoing retainer support, or nothing at all. Entirely your call.
The Action Plan
A proper session, real research on your business beforehand, and a full written plan you can act on yourself or bring me in to help deliver.
A 90-minute working session, with research into your business done beforehand so we start with context rather than background questions. We go through how things run now, where the strain is showing, and what's actually causing it.
A clear document setting out what I found, what to do about it and in what order, with practical next steps you can act on yourself. Yours to keep either way.
Bespoke fixed packages
Once we both know what's actually needed, the work gets scoped and priced around your business, not squeezed into an off-the-shelf package that might not fit. Bespoke in what it covers, fixed in what it costs.
That could be a single specific build (a form, a system, a process), a fuller operational setup, or ongoing support. Whatever it is, you'll get a clear, itemised proposal before anything's agreed.
Work out a guide price →Anything more specific to your business gets scoped on the call.
Ongoing support
Your accountant keeps you compliant. This is different. It's ongoing, structured support built around what your business actually needs checked, and how often, so you're never far from a proper answer when something needs one.
An advisory touchpoint is a short call or written Q&A exchange, whenever something comes up that needs a decision or a second opinion.
Hands-on help as things come up, billed hourly, no minimum commitment or tie-in.
Get a rough idea of the cost
A few questions, and you'll get a guide range based on the same figures I'd use to build a real proposal. It's a guide, not a quote.
How pricing works
No surprises, and nothing due before you know exactly what you're getting.
Every quote reflects the actual work, not a generic package. The Action Plan is the one fixed starting point, everything after that is scoped specifically to you.
A 50% deposit secures any project. The balance isn’t due until the work is complete.
Retainers are paid monthly in advance by direct debit, on a minimum three-month commitment.
